Try Bo risk-free for 30 days. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return any unopened boxes for a full refund.
How to return:
- Email us at info@boprotein.com within 30 days of delivery;
- We will send you a prepaid return label;
- Send back your unopened boxes;
- Refund processed within 5–7 business days.
What is covered:
- All Bo products purchased directly from our website;
- Subscription orders (cancel anytime);
- Damaged or defective items (we will replace these immediately);
What is not covered:
- Returns of opened boxes;
- Individual bars, including unopened bars removed from boxes;
- Products purchased from third-party retailers;
- Returns after 30 days (but reach out – we might still help).
Damaged in transit? Email us a photo at info@boprotein.com and we will send a replacement immediately.
